(1) 'Apostle' Paul is first on the list - the man who started a new religion - Christianity.

(2)Constantine the Great (Flarius Valerius Aurelius Constantinus Augustus). The Roman Emperor 306 - 337 AD. It was on his order that the meeting at which Jesus was voted into god was held in Nicea which gave birth to what is today known as 'the Nicene Creed'. It is here you will find God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. They also came up with an ingenious 'catch phrase' "Jesus is fully man, and fully god"

(3) The 330 or so Church leaders who Constantine assembled and who voted by majority that Jesus is god and thereby created the 'first deity by vote.'

(4) Fourth on the list (in my opinion) is Athanasius of Alexandria - he was the man history recorded as having single handed decided which of the Scriptures made it into the present New Testament. All other Scriptures which contradicts the Nicene Creed and Jesus' new status were either burnt or consigned to dust-bin of history - these are today referred to as irrelevant or fake!
