I believe we should ask the opposite: Why shouldn't a Catholic be allowed to marry a Jehovah's Witness because such a union could cause the loss of your immortal soul to the Fires of Hell.
Before, the arguments begin, I ask that you read this answer fully and if you have questions read all of the links provided below.
The first reason is that Marriage is one of the Seven Sacraments of the Church (CCC 1113, 1117,1210) and as such should be approached with great seriousness as it is a Union of Man and Women entered into for a Lifetime within the confines of a Mass which takes place in a Church - a Jehovah's Witness may not want to be married in Church.
· Remember, that as soon as you are engaged you must contact your parish priest and communicate this intention to him.
· During the meeting the priest will give you the wedding preparation process - in general - and will communicate any marriage preparation courses you may have to attend.
· Then you will have the opportunity to discuss any special issues or concerns, such as marrying a Non-Christian or a person from a different religious faith.
· Then after the program you will talk to the priest and set a date.
· Would they promise to baptize the children and raise them in the Catholic Faith.
· Will you receive a dispensation for the Marriage?
Catholic beliefs are different from those of the Jehovah's Witnesses and prolonged conversations could lead for one to be confused about your Faith (NO IMORTAL SOUL, NO HELL, NO CHRIST), then convinced that they are Right (by distorting scripture and using a poor translation of The Bible), and then converted (leaving the Faith and thereby condemning yourself to the Flames of Hell).
We, Catholic, believe that we have an immortal soul. We should remember the four last things: Death, Judgement, Heaven, and Hell.
