Why Sikh religion is so weak that a haircut destroys and mercy respect of elders service to humans all are secondray things?

Keeping one's hair and not cutting it is a part of one's apperance whereas helping others, and to maintain good conduct is one's character. A person with hair but not good character doesn't make a person Sikh. A Sikh should combine his appereance with his/her character and vice verse. And Since to keep hair and to maintain good conduct, both these instruction comes from Sikh Guru each one reflect its own importantance and don't over lap. Having an appearnce as instructed by the Guru allows a Sikh to present himself/herself in front of Guru just as maintaing good conduct which is also instructed by the Guru as a part of one's character.
