Answer:

Human nature dictates, and The Bible affirms, that all will sin. Romans 5:12 - Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned

But Jesus makes clear by the following teaching that young children live in an age of innocence, not yet knowing sin: Matthew 18:2-3 - Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, and said, "Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven."

He also clues us in on when that time ends and the point of personal accountability has arrived with the next verse: Matt. 18:4 - "Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven."

When we lose that childlike humility, the egocentric attitude that follows will inevitably lead to "sinful" behavior; as soon as we understand the concept of sin (which is what "guilt pangs" are all about; we ARE born with an innate ability to understand right and wrong), we become responsible for our decisions and actions. Until then, God sees little ones as sinless, fit to be among the "greatest in the kingdom of heaven".

Answer:Yes, no one teaches a child to get up out of bed at nap time, no one teaches a person how to lie. So yes we are all sinners, that's why Christ died for us. So that when we do something wrong we need to stop doing it and ask Jesus to forgive us. 'Answer'Nope, it's taught to us. Behavior learned from others.
