Please elaborate.
We do recognize the honor bestowed upon her by, by Jesus Father.
Note Luke 11:27: "And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked."
Now note the response of Jesus in Luke 11:28 - "But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it."
So although we do recognize her honor, we do not give her undue honor.
In addition to the above answer...
Whilst Christian denominations accept Mary as the mother of Jesus and accept the Virgin birth, and accept Mary as a perfect example of obedience to God, the only Christian denomination that venerates Mary above all the saints is Roman Catholicism, where the adoration of Mary is seen, by some, to verge on idolatry. The reasons for this are numerous, but are connected to the various doctrines surrounding Mary (eg her immaculate conception without original sin, her bodily assumption into heaven, her continued virginal state and her attempted promotion to co-redeemer status along with Christ) that have no basis in scripture, reason, or tradition but are invented doctrines of the Roman Church.
No Jesus and his family were Jewish
Jehovah's Witnesses do no celebrate Jesus birth.
yes
We have many beliefs...Jehovah is God Almighty and Jesus is his Son. We are Christians and we preach about Gods Kingdom like Jesus did. Jesus was a Jehovah Witness.
Jehovah God, is Almighty God - the father of Jesus Christ He has no mother.
Jehovah's Witnesses have no objection to receiving gifts; they don't celebrate holidays that have pagan origins.
From a Jehovah's Witnesses viewpoint it would be Jesus, the first born of creation. The first human person would be Adam.
His friends, soldiers, and His Mother.
The Jehovah witness bible i think remove the word that JESUS IS GODS SON.
the only event they celebrate is the memorial on Jesus Christs deathNone. They believe that all holidays are pagan in origin, and therefore condemned by Jehovah.
Stephanie Meyer, the author of the Twilight series, is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church).
Jesus' mother was named Mary (there are more than one Marys in the Bible). Jesus' father is God, whose name is Jehovah. Mary was Joseph's wife. Using his holy spirit, Jehovah made Mary pregnant so that Bible prophecy would be fulfilled and Jesus would be born. Joseph is not the fleshly father of Jesus, but Mary is the fleshly mother. Mary and Jehovah God are not married or anything, Jehovah just used Mary because Jehovah discerened that she had a good heart condition. So, Jesus is Jehovah's son. Both Mary and Joseph were disciples of Jehovah God. Today, the name of people who follow Jehovah God are called Jehovah's Witnesses. So. all in all, the were Jehovah's Witnesses. Hope that makes sense and helps.
