For a man to give birth to a living child would in itself me a miracle of nature. As man was not meant to bare children, to do so he would have to have implanted in him to ovaries of a woman. He would then have to have implanted into the ovary the sperm of a male. This is against all of the laws of God. To answer your question, he would not go to hell, though he would have to suffer the consequences of his actions. His reward would be in a lesser kingdom, but certainly not hell with Satan and his angels.
