Saints serve as examples of the Christian life to emulate, providing inspiration, intercession, and guidance to help us grow in holiness. By learning about and reflecting on the lives of saints, we can gain insights into how to overcome challenges, deepen our faith, and cultivate virtues in our own spiritual journey. Ultimately, seeking the intercession of saints and following their examples can lead us closer to God and help us become more like Christ.
Holy Communion helps us grow in grace and helps us become closer to God.

They also are concerned that some of the ways saints are honored is bordering on idolatry which God forbids. .No for you are wrong We are not all saints Saints are people that are holy and follow the ways of the bible also known as (Holy One) People work their way up to become a saint not everyone makes it If we were all future saints then the world would have been more in peace but no Only some of us make it Think
Saints can help us to become saints ourselves, or disciples of Our Blessed Lord, in so many words, in two ways:1) Because saints were human beings who lived a perfectly normal life and yet managed to overcome all obstacles in their lives to become great saints: we can learn from their examples. We can learn how they prayed, how they were humble, how they depended on God for everything, and were joyful in the midst of their sufferings. They are like individual "how-to" books on how to become a saint. And, in two thousand years, there have been such a variety of saints that it would practically be impossible to NOT find one to inspire you.2) The second way in which saints help us on our way to heaven is by their prayers. Remember, each and every saint is already in heaven. They are friends of God and are completely united to His Will.
