God loves human being and He loves sinners. But God hates sins. Through our sins, sins act as a barrier between God and us. Human being fall sort of the Glory of God due to the sins. The wages of sins is eternal death. We cannot go to Heaven as we are sinners, Jesus came to restore the loss relationship and breaks the barrier between God and Human at the Cross of Calvary.
Salvation restores the broken relationship between God and man, allowing for forgiveness of sin and reconciliation with God. It brings about a renewed sense of purpose, hope, and eternal life in the presence of God.
The only sin that cannot be forgiven by God is the sin of rejecting the Holy Spirit's guidance and prompting for repentance. This is often referred to as "the unpardonable sin" or "blasphemy against the Holy Spirit." It is essentially a complete and final rejection of God's offer of forgiveness and salvation.
God views sin as disobedience to His will and a separation from His perfect and holy nature. Sin is seen as harmful and destructive to both individuals and relationships, but God offers forgiveness and redemption through Jesus Christ for those who repent and seek a renewed relationship with Him.
The resident god at Ur was Nanna, also known as Sin. He was the god of the moon in ancient Mesopotamian religion and was greatly revered by the people of Ur. Nanna/Sin was considered a powerful deity associated with fertility, wisdom, and protection.
Animal sacrifice is in the Bible because God declared that "The wages of sin are death", and "without blood, there is no remission of sin." God is so holy, that even the smallest blemish of impurity would evaporate before Him. Therefore, if man is to come to God, his sins must have been justly punished. In order to permit man to come to God, He permitted man to "cover" his sins by sacrificing pure lambs in their place. The book of Hebrews tells us this was a prophetic shadow of things to come, where God would sacrifice the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, a perfect human, to cleanse away the sin of man, that whosoever would take His sacrifice for their own, would be able to stand in the presence of God. So, God's Justice, and His Love are both fulfilled in the sacrifice. The wages of sin is death - Christ died. Without blood, there is no remission of sin - The Bible says the blood of Christ cleanses us of all unrighteousness. And therefore we have confidence before God.
Only SinFor an unbeliever, if not dealt with in this life, sin will forever separate a man from God. For the Saved man, the believer, unconfessed sin will cause a temporary separation from God's blessing on that person until they get it resolved. Otherwise a saved man is completely secure and can do NOTHING to separate himself from God's love.According to Romans 8 nothing can.
they say its a sin and man is playing God
God existed before man and before sin. God does not require sin in order to exist.
Yes. Sin is a choice of man himself and not forced upon by God, for God is good (Psalm 100:5). There are cases, however, wherein a person commits sin unintentionally without the knowledge that what they committed was a sin.
Selfishness is the definition of sin and what it does is separate one from God who is the source of all joy.
Yes, The devil corrupted man because he knew that once sin entered man the fellowship that he intended would be severed. Thank God he sent Jesus to repair the damage.
No. God cannot sin.
The Bible does not explicitly say that no sin is greater than another. However, it does teach that all sins separate us from God and that the consequences of sin are serious.
Protestant AnswerThere is no sin that does not separate us from God. He is holy. When we sin, we are being unholy. The punishment for sin is death. But Jesus, God's son, died on the cross. He payed the penalty of our sins, so that we might have an eternal relationship with him. (John 3:16) "For God so loved the world that he sent his only SON that whoever BELIEVES in HIM will not perish but have EVERLASTING life. This is all in the Bible. It is proven to be accurate by prophecy.Catholic AnswerVenial sin - lesser sins
As there is only one God and no other God, so Parker Moses just can not be a God. Just remember the difference between Man and god is that man is sinful and so dies god does not sin or does not die.
The Bible does not explicitly state that no sin is greater than another. However, it does mention that all sins separate us from God and that the consequences of sin are the same, regardless of the type of sin committed.
God is serious about His glory. God is perfect and holy, and cannot have fellowship with anything that is not perfect and holy!! Man started out perfect in the Garden of Eden, but that did not last long, because Adam and Eve fell into sin by disobeying God's command to not eat of the tree in the Garden!! Since that time, ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. When someone sins, and we all sin, then we are not allowed to have fellowship with God. In fact, the Bible says we have earned "death" when we sin! "The wages of sin is death" BUT, God has a plan for mankind that brings God great glory! God wanted to fellowship with man, but could not have that fellowship because man had sinned. The only way for God to forgive sin, was to pay the required "wages of sin". Someone had to die. For "without the shedding of blood, there is no remission for sin." Jesus came to the earth in the form of man to die for man. He shed his blood on the cross for my sins, and for your sins. IF you believe that Jesus died for your sins, and confess your sins to God asking for His forgiveness, THEN He will forgive you of your sins and you will be cleansed from ALL of your unrighteousness!!!! :)
