As far as I know there many people in the world who believe in existence of higher and spiritual power. As we know there many religions in the world though it does not mean that whoever practices any religion is the believer of spiritual power. There some who use religion as a mean through which they can gain material things for sustaining their lives and those who can be considered to the really believers. So what is true is that many people do believe in higher power though it becomes great when the country or the world in general is involved in a difficult situation like war and calamities, and the great number of believers are women.
For in many cases it becomes very difficult for them to ask why are we believing in this or that? they are in many cases oppressed within religions but even though they continue to practice such religions and there a few religions which provide power to women but many of them especially the old ones don't accept it. So it show to me the women are actually faithful people though not all of them.
ANSWER 2:
According to Adherents.com, only 16% of the world's population are non-religious and/or do not self-identify as believing in a Higher Power.
It is difficult to determine an exact number, as beliefs in the creation of the Earth vary among different cultures and religions. However, surveys suggest that a significant portion of the global population, ranging from around 30% to over 60%, believes in some form of creationism or intelligent design.
This is not easy to answer, and what follows is not intended to be offensive.
First, you must accept that a belief in any sort of creationism is a religious concept, so resides solely in the realm of religion. There are nineteen major religious belief systems of the world.
Of the nineteen, Christians make up approximately 33%, Muslims are 19.6%, Hindus are 13.4%, 6.4% follow Chinese folk beliefs, Buddhists are 5.9%, 3.8% subscribe to a variety of other ethno-religious beliefs, 2.5% are Atheists, 1.7% are New Agers or New Religionists, 0.4% are Sikh, 0.2% are Jewish, and 0.17% are a variety of other beliefs. The remaining 12.7% are non-religious.
Then you must define what you mean by God.
Christians, Jews, Muslims, and a few others believe in "God" or "Allah."
There are those who believe in the Christian God. Some believe in Allah, essentially the same. In these cases God or Allah created the universe and all that is in it.
Hindus, the next largest group, have dozens of creations stories. Not all of these involve the actions, or conscious actions of a supernatural being.
Buddhists are not concerned so much with what or how as much as why. there is no deity in Buddhism anyway, so it really is a mute point.
Most of the other folk and ethno-religious beliefs have some sort of deity who did the creating, and most parallel Judeo-Christeo-Islam so closely, there is no real reason to discuss anything specific, so this becomes a simple "Yes, they do believe god created the Earth and everything."
Sikhs are similar to Jew/Christians/Muslims.
Who knows what New Agers think or believe. It could change with the flip of a crystal. Literally.
Atheists do not believe in God, god, or the gods, so dead end there.
So, roughly 79.07% believe that God, god, or the gods created the universe.
Many religions believe in a deity or deities responsible for creating the Earth, each with their unique beliefs and creation stories. Some examples include Christianity (God), Hinduism (Brahma), and Norse mythology (Odin). The concept of a creator god or goddess is prevalent across various cultures and faiths.
Many religious beliefs attribute the creation of heaven and earth to a higher power, such as in the Christian faith where it is believed that God created the heavens and the earth. Other beliefs may have different explanations for the creation of the universe.
According to Genesis 1, God created the heavens and the Earth in the beginning. While the exact timeframe is not specified in years, many Abrahamic religions believe this act of creation happened around 6,000 to 10,000 years ago based on genealogies and timelines mentioned in the Bible.
In many religious beliefs, heaven is considered a spiritual realm created by a higher power, such as God or a supreme being. It is described as a place of eternal peace, happiness, and reward for those who have lived a virtuous life.
It is estimated that the world's population during the time of Jesus was around 200 million people.
There are several ideas of who created the heaven and earth. Many people of religion believe a god created heaven and earth. Others believe the big bang theory.
Probably not many, certainly less than those who believe it was created in 6 days.
the earth was formed by god, though people believe in the big bang there is no logical answer to how the atom that created the bang had existed with out god making the atom so sure the bang might have happened but god created the bang. in other words god created the earth
The bible says that god created two people, Adam and Eve. This may be true depending on what you believe in but on the other hand i do not know how many people were created during the big bang theory.
Three To Four Billion, i Believe.
The earth was made by God. You can look it up in Genesis. It tells you all about creation in Genesis. There are as many perspectives on theorigins of the Earth as there are pople on this planet. Some do believe that God created the Earth and the entire universe. Jews, Christians, and Muslims believe that God created the universe. Scientologists believe differently. As do Buddhists and Hindus. Many scientists believe differently still, although not all agree 100% with each other's theories. The truth is that while many people's beliefs on this topic are similar, each is unique, and some, I suspect, have no opinion at all.
What happened when an asteroid hit the Earth is debatable but many scientists believe that this is what may have wiped out the dinosaurs. Some people believe that the asteroid created a dust cloud that covered the planet and caused a winter that froze most life.
Many people would argue that no one species was on the Earth before another species. These people believe in creationism.
It is difficult to determine an exact number of people who believe in karma as beliefs can vary widely among individuals and cultures. However, the concept of karma is prominent in many Eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism, and has also gained some popularity in Western cultures through New Age and spiritual beliefs.
There are many people that believe that Earth has no sorrow that heaven can't heal. These people definitely believe that Heaven is a good place where you want to go.
According to various surveys and studies, a majority of people worldwide, estimated to be around 60-80%, believe in some form of creationism or a divine entity creating the world. This belief is prevalent across different cultures and religions.
