if you are truely saved, no, you will not go to hell
If you are saved, you are believed to be granted eternal life in heaven according to most religious teachings. The concept of being saved typically refers to being forgiven and accepted by a higher power, leading to a positive afterlife outcome rather than going to hell.
The Puritans believed that God had chosen certain people to go to heaven or hell.
In some belief systems, adultery is considered a sin that can lead to consequences in the afterlife, such as going to hell. Others may believe in forgiveness and redemption for such actions through repentance and seeking forgiveness. Ultimately, beliefs about hell and the afterlife vary among different religions and interpretations.
Belief in religion and faith is a personal choice, and not having a religion does not necessarily determine one's fate after death. Many religions have different beliefs regarding the afterlife, and not all of them involve punishment for not having a specific faith. It is important to live a good and ethical life regardless of religious beliefs.
Seventh-day Adventists do not believe in the doctrine of purgatory. They believe in the finality of judgement at the Second Coming of Jesus, where people will either be saved or lost. They also believe in the existence of hell as a place of punishment for the wicked, but it is not eternal conscious torment as in some other Christian denominations.
No. People in hell will already be physically dead. I think hell will be hell because in this place people are separated from God.
When you die, you either go to Heaven or Hell. If you are saved (a Christian), then you will see Jesus!
You might be given hell by overly religious Christians, but no, you won't go to Hell if you don't go to Church. Even not reading the Bible won't make you go to Hell. Jesus Christ saved you. Not going to church, and not reading the Bible. Follow Jesus Christ, not a Christian religion.
Then in that case not a single person would be saved, and we all would go to hell.
A:Jesus is called the Saviour because people believethere is a hell to be saved from. Whether or not there really is a a hell becomes irrelevant as long as there are people who believe there is, and believe that Jesus can save them from hell.
His death on the cross an shedding of blood washes our sins so we don't have to go to hell and get to go to Heaven if your saved.
Jesus Christ died for you on the cross. So you didn't have to go to HELL. A place where you burn for eternity. Now shouldn't you be thankful for that?
yes i just heard a testimony about that not long ago. prayers can go a long way
I am a christian and it's our belief but you go to heaven if you are saved by god which you can do by getting baptized or just saying a special prayer which is what i did and there is a hell for people that are mean and cruel to other people and dont get saved but in heaven you live forever you dont have to agree with me but thats a christians belief
That depends... If they believe in Jesus, they will not go to Hell. Some parts of God's word are guidelines, that God KNOWS that none of us will ever be able to follow. If they don't follow any parts of God's word (as in, they think it's all crap) they will go to Hell, because they are not saved by Jesus.
no, the spirit does not reside there. once a person is dead, the spirit goes back to the Lord if the soul is saved or go to hell if it is not.
Anyone who rejects the Catholic Church will go to hell because the Catholic Church is necessary for salvation. However, if someone is innocently ignorant of the Catholic Church and its necessity, they may be saved if they cooperate with whatever grace they have. If they are, it will only be through Christ and His Church.
If you mean by Hell as the realm of Satan and his angels, then the answer is no they will not be saved. They chose to follow Satan and have been doing his bidding since being cast out of heaven.
