December 25th isn't even an important date in Christianity. The first celebrated Christmas was just after the Roman Catholic Church in the 4th century was established throughout the Roman Empire. This, however, was not based on anything scriptural, it replaced a pagan festival to the Old Roman Sun god. Based on scripture, Jesus was actually more than likely born September/October time. So the date is not important, what is important are the events that took place around Jesus birth, December 25th is just the date that has been now globally set aside. I can't speak for other religions, but I don't think December 25th is important for anyone else.
Other religions that celebrate Christmas include secular individuals, atheists, and some individuals of non-Christian faiths who join in the festivities for cultural or social reasons.
The rosary is primarily a Catholic practice, but it is also used in some other Christian denominations such as Anglicanism, Lutheranism, and Eastern Orthodoxy, albeit in modified forms. It is not commonly practiced in other world religions outside of Christianity.

Catholicism developed a more complete history while other Christian religions put Jesus Christ as their central image. I am not sure if all other Christian religions do not accept or recognize Mother Mary as Jesus' Mother. However, actually, Catholicism has a longer history than other Christian religions. We can say that Catholicism has several centuries regarding to its history while other Christian religions are relatively recent.
