The bedouins traditionally follow a form of Islam, with a focus on tribal customs and practices. Their religious beliefs are often intertwined with their nomadic lifestyle and are influenced by the teachings of the Quran and the Hadith. Actually I don't believe nomad is a religion, but a way of life in which one chooses not to settle a land. You could have a nomad of just about any religion.
