In Christianity this is a reference to Jesus Christ and, therefore, to the bread/wine of communion (in some denominations this reference to communion food is metaphorical, others believe that the bread/wine actually become Jesus).
For those Christians who believe in the trinity concept of the God beings, the Word became flesh and was called the Son of God, Jesus the Christ. He was always with God and all things are made through Him:John 1:1-5New King James Version (NKJV) John 1The Eternal Word1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend[a] it.
GodAnother Answer:As the Father wills by the work of His Word who became His Son, Jesus Christ:John 1:1-3New International Version (NIV) John 1The Word Became Flesh1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
The Holy Bible clearly states that Christ Jesus is a man, which is made of flesh and bones, while the Holy Spirit is the Comforter whom God has sent to help human beings in times of trials & tribulations and help the servants of God in remaining strong in the faith. And so, how can Christ Jesus be God, when he is made of flesh and bones, and God is a spirit? How can the Holy Spirit be God if God sent the Holy Spirit? There is only One True God, and that is the Father in Heaven, not including the Son and the Holy Spirit.
"imago Dei" which means, "God's image" is how we were created. If indeed we are created by God than this is of utmost importance and needs to be taken completely seriously. If God, the most powerful being, who MADE us, is true, and the Bible it true, then it shows that living for God is the only thing that matters! If the Bible isn't true, then what is the purpose of life? this must be considered. We cannot live life on the fence, we must give everything to God, or else we are an enemy of God...and what a scary thing that is! (Hebrews 10:31) "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God" So we must consider these things, make sure we know what we believe, or else we will waste this life and it will all be in vain. James 4:4 -"You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God."
"The Lord of all flesh" is a title used in the Bible to refer to God as the ultimate ruler and creator of all living beings. It emphasizes God's sovereignty and power over all living creatures, highlighting His authority and dominion over all life on Earth. It signifies that God is the source of life and the sustainer of all living things.
In John 1:1- 2 the Bible says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us..." According to this verse, God is the Word. Specifically, Jesus Christ is the Word of God since He is the one who "was made flesh and dwelt among us."

Jesus is God in the flesh... John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God. 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 1:4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 1:5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

It simply means that God's main Spokesman (the Word), became flesh; (was sent to earth and was born as a human being). There is no flesh in in the spirit realm; that's why it's called the 'spirit' realm. God is a spirit. Before the Universe existed, God existed. God is not a physical being; He is not confined by the physical laws of the Universe. God created the physical things from himself. 'In the beginning, God created heaven and earth.' But God of course existed before 'the beginning'.
The word that describes God as all loving and kind is "benevolent."
This is known as the 'Incarnation' from the Latin In Carnes (becoming flesh)
