We are not told in The Bible about the marital state of the disciples except that we are told that Peter's mother-in-law was healed by Jesus, so we know at least that he was married, but we do not know the name of his wife. it is unlikely that either James or John were married because they were probably no more than teenagers at the time of Jesus' ministry. Paul, the evangelist and letter writer of the New Testament was celibate according to his testimony in one of his lettters. We are not told anything about any of the others.

Another perspective:

While Peter is the only apostle identified as being married during Jesus' ministry, it is probable that ALL of the apostles eventually married. This is strongly inferred by Paul in 1 Corinthians 9:5 - Do we have no right to take along a believing wife, as do also the other apostles, the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas?

Additionally, elders and deacons of the first-century church were required not only to be married, but also to be the fathers of "faithful children" (see Titus 1:6).
