First 5 Rites of the Sacrament of Holy Orders: 1.Introduction and Liturgy of the Word. 2.The Call of Priestly Ministry. 3.The Assent to serve or security. 4.Ordination. 5.Liturgy of the Eucharist.
---- ====== ====== The sacrament of Holy Orders does not just mean ordination to the priesthood but to the diaconate and episcopacy as well. Before they were suppressed, there were six minor orders also worth consideration. Each of these orders had its own materials or symbols, that were used for the specific order being conferred. In the case of ordination to priesthood, by far the most common association of the sacrament, the priests hands are anointed with the Oil of the Catechumens and receive the laying on of hands by the ordained bishop. This is the "matter" of the sacrament and so must be present during the ceremony if the ordination is to be valid.
There are actually three 'levels' of Holy Orders: Deacons, Priests, and Bishops. Bishops have the fullness of the priesthood: that is, they share fully in the ordination Christ bestowed on the Apostles. They pastor a local church (or Diocese) made up of many smaller congregations or parishes, and have the authority not only to offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, baptize, absolve sins, confirm, anoint, and bless but also to ordain new priests and bishops and in love guide those Christians in their care toward truth and holiness. Priests share in their local Bishop's work, and from him have authority to say Mass, hear confessions, baptize, and bless. They sometimes are also given permission to confirm, and usually are the Church's witnesses at weddings. Deacons were originally ministers of service, helping to distribute food to the poor in a diocese and visit the sick. This work continues today. Deacons also assist the priest at Mass, often proclaiming the Gospel and preparing the gifts for consecration. Deacons have the power to bless, and may baptize and witness marriages as well. Some deacons are soon ordained priests while others--Permanent Deacons--remain deacons. For more detailed information, see: http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/11279a.htm
The three main orders of priesthood in Christianity are bishop, priest, and deacon. The bishop oversees multiple churches, the priest leads individual congregations, and the deacon assists with various duties such as serving the community and assisting during religious services.

The main liturgical service of the Church is the Holy Mass: the Eucharist, which is celebrated daily by every priest in the Catholic Church, sometimes twice or (with special permission) even three times on a Sunday, if necessary. The second most frequently celebrated sacrament would be the sacrament of confession or penance.
A woman cannot become an ordained deacon and there is no such thing as an actually ordained deaconess. In early Christianity there were deaconesses but these women were not ordained, their main role was to baptize (Baptizing especially women since the chest was anointed back then and it would have been bad for men to be assigned to baptizing women). The baptism of the deaconess was valid since lay people can validly baptize [Though it is more preferable for a deacon or priest to ordain] __ Depends on which church you are talking about. Some churches allow women to become deacons.

The main one would be the Last Supper, which is when Our Blessed Lord ordained His apostles as priests and sent them out to serve, see John 13. Other related events would be when He gives the keys to Peter in Matthew 16:19, in Matthew 18:18 when He gives them the power to bind and loose. In Acts 1:15-26 we see the Apostles choosing a successor for Judas.
The main struggle of the orders' central conflict was war.
