Be careful what you wish for. Remember, the devil sucks you in, makes you think you've got it all and does a 90 degree turn and spits you out (not in tact I might add.) If you don't believe me then look around and see where some famous people are today or even some of your own friends. If you don't have a proper belief system which is for the good of man and decide to join Devil Worshiping don't say you weren't warned. What goes around comes around!
(down below is better then up above)
well you do really bad things to worship him and you just pray to him like you would "god"
Answer
You need to remember that the Devil is part of the Satanists and goth religion, and not part of any other religion. No other religion believes in the Devil. That includes, but isn't limited to: Wicca, Paganism, Shamanism, Muslim, Hinduism, Satanism.
That said, you pray to the Christian Devil like you would pray to the Christian God.
God will always protect you and be by your side
Another Answer by a goth
Not all goths worship the devil. Some do but not all of them. Like some of them i am an Athiest which means i don't believe in both god or the devil. Honeslty i don't think that being goth is its own religion. I think its just a choice made by individuals to express themselves. But it is true some goths do worship Satan and that is completley their choice. But people who think all goths worship the devil are jus plain ignorant. that's just a stupid stareiotype because we're different.

Satanists
Anton Le Vay started the Church of Satan. Despite its name they do not "worship the devil".
A lot of Christians like to claim that anyone who is not a member of THEIR specific church or sect of Christianity are deluded and thereby "worship the devil". Anything they disagree with is the "work of the Devil".
The separation of evil into a single person was proposed by Zoroaster (Zarathustra). Jeremiah and Isaiah were contemporary authors of books of the Old Testament (i.e. "prophets"). They liked the idea which led to the personification of the "Devil" in The Bible.
The Roman Catholic Church used the accusation of "devil worship" during the Inquisition to justify torture and murder of people. More people died from "civilian" courts trying to please the Catholic Church than the Church itself caused. About 400,000 died. 1/4 were male. Many Wiccans and other neo-pagans like to believe the toll was 9,000,000. This is a gross exaggeration.
Contrary to the beliefs of many Druids, Wiccans and other "Nature Religions" do NOT worship the Devil. The Devil is a Judeo-Christian construct stolen from Zoroastrianism.
Personally, I flee from the devil and pray to God to protect me and to give me the Scriptures to fend him off when he tempts me to sin.
However, those who worship the first demon claim that he is the source of all of the answers, relying on dark magic, which can be either through leadership through deception (which is the first level allegedly) or through sacrifice, which is the ultimate form of magic.
God wants to give you peace, but Satan wants you to feel so alive through the dark arts, the ultimate form is killing yourself or others (humans and or animals) while having sex, as it is allegedly all about being the most alive or stimulated.
Choose you this day whom ye willl serve, but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord, Jesus Christ (as well as the Father and the Holy Spirit who are all one in the Trinity).
Your question is the answer. The devil is "the" great deciever. He wishes to lead you away from eternal life and into eternal death. Yes, why worship the devil?
Answer
Human beings have worshipped dark/violent (what we might call satanic) gods FAR longer than the generally perceived "good" gods we have today, like in Christianity. This is because the earliest spiritual practices (which later evolved into religion) all came from man trying to appease a world which, in his view, was out to kill him.
Even in (relatively) more modern times, people have worshipped (either out of respect or as a way of protecting themselves) the malevolent gods like Set (Egypt), Pluto (Roman), Hades (Greek), Loki (Norse), Ghede (African tribal) and many others.
Most of these religions believe that since there is suffering in the world, these gods of death and destruction must be more powerful (even if it is just temporarily) and so they are the ones we need to appease so that they leave us alone.
Even within early Christianity, devil worship was practiced for much the same reason. And of course, there are philosophical reasons to. The Gnostics, for instance, believed that since YHWH (the god of the old testament, father of Christ) created the world and since there is suffering in this world, that Satan (ie the Serpent in the garden of Eden) was actually trying to protect us, and free us from the slavery of a demented and tyrannical creator.
Modern Satanists generally fall into two camps: Those that literally believe in Satan and worship him for most of the same reasons as listed above or because they want an excuse to hurt people, and "LaVeyan Satanists" who are people who follow Satanism as first described by Anton LaVey, who don't believe in an Satan, but view him as being an archetypal idea worth studying and understanding, viewing him more in the spirit of Milton in the epic poem Paradise Lost than as some "grand villain".

If an individual believes in the devil and worships the devil (evil vs. good) then they would know the devil tries to persuade the innocent and corrupt their soul. So, in answer to your question the man who worships the devil is a slave to the devil and does his bidding which, in this case, is to meet, marry and persuade the wife that is innocent to accept the devil and give up perhaps her religious beliefs.
no he does not ...he only worships god
