Equality now realizes the proper goal and purpose of his life is that he no longer has to live their way of life. He finally sees himself as an individual and his and his goal is to not go back to that way of life where everyone has to think the same way and agree with each other. He no longer has to obey or be treated like a tool. He realizes that he has rights and that he don't have to do what his brothers do, and he don't have to be a street sweeper. He is much more then they let him think he was.

He recognizes the importance of individuality, independence, and self-fulfillment as essential to his existence and well-being.
