I think that that statement is not true man can not organize the world without God. We have tried but look were it has gotten us. If we let God into our decisions about how the world runs and how we should be living it would be a thousand time more peaceful and a happier place to be.

This statement suggests that while humans can achieve order and structure in the world without relying on a higher power like a god, ultimately, this organization may still come at the expense of other humans. It implies that human tendencies towards conflict and power struggles may undermine efforts to create a harmonious world, even when religion or god are not involved in the organizational process.

It is paraphrasing Pope Paul VI in Encyclical Letter of His Holiness promulgated on 26 March 1967.
It implies that he , the Pope accepts that man can organise the world, or the gross things in the world. However without faith in his, (the Popes) god, it can only be detrimental to man in the end.

This may or may not be the case, depending on your point of view. That some people have faith in a particular religion is usually a good and helpful thing in life. It supports and comforts many, particularly in difficult times.

People of faith, of any deist religion, insist that the universe, and all in it, depend on their god, and that mankind is doomed without that particular religion. There are nearly as many religions as there are gods that populate them. All differ on what and how man/womankind should act, worship and respect their god. Simple logic tells us they cannot all be correct, at least in this single universe. We are asked and, in some religions, commanded, to believe the particular words - revealed by the deity to some person -, to take them as the true word of god or gods.

It is difficult to define what, or who, god is or may be. To many people god does not mean the same thing to one person as it does to his neighbour. It certainly does not mean the same thing to different religions, with the exception of that god being all powerful and the one true god. Many people have tried to define god and many definitions exist, perhaps it may be better to allow each of us to have his or her own belief or spirituality. We each may have our own spirituality without profaning other peoples beliefs, or dismissing their truly held and deep faith in their deity.

Man/womankind existed fairly happily for millennia before someone arrived on the scene and claimed he had the unbridled truth, the word of god. That you must live your life in a particular way, that certain things are prohibited and others compulsory. Worship that deity and no other.
Unfortunately several people have appeared with a different unbridled truth, with different prohibitions and compulsions. And keep on doing so! We are asked to believe that each of these is the truth when patently they are mutually exclusive.

It was a simple matter in medieval times to instil into the uneducated, ignorant and those without power or voice, the fear of god and an explanation of how and why things happen. That they must worship a particular god in a particular way, or untold terror would descend upon them for all eternity. With the codicil that the shaman, priest, imam, et al., should be kept in comfort, or at least granted respect and privileges others may not have. It transpires that most of their explanations of how and why things happen turned out to be not only incorrect, but wildly so. Yet they still insist on their infallibility.

With the possible exception of early Islam, religion has stilted the search for truth and knowledge and in many cases prevented, prohibited and punished those that attempted to make that very search.

The world and society is very different today than 1,000 years ago and most societies accommodate, accept and integrate changes and new knowledge and, incidentally, a new kind of order. Religions do not seem to be able to keep up with man/womankind.
In one passage of one religious tome it says something to the effect of; When I was a child I spoke like a child, thought like a child, but when I grew up I threw away childish things. Well the various religions need to do the same and develop, grow, mature and accept that society neither needs or requires religions to frighten and coerce. Today society needs direction, support and often help, not through fear but through compassion, kindness and advice.

It the west in particular, church attendance is at an all time low, Christianity is on its back foot and stumbling. It does not seem to know why and refuses to accept obvious truths that the world and society is different nowadays. It does not seem to be able to accept or even understand that society no longer needs the type of patriarch that existed 4,000 years ago. Some one to threaten and force obedience. Especially as that obedience and forced belief was to physical matters that are now known to be contrary to fact, it even prohibited questioning and investigating such things.
Society has learned a great deal in the intervening decades, centuries and millennia, even if the religions have not. It is a fact that societies and individuals learn more, grow, aspire to understand the universe and how it works, it is part of the nature of man/womankind. It cannot be stopped by locking things in a box and labelling something as "forbidden, this you may not know", or "Here be Dragons". There will always be dragon fighters and locksmiths.

Like it or not, society now leads religion, it is not led by it.
Religion needs to adapt, because man/womankind still needs guidance, the various religions no longer provide it, except for the faithful few, who, in many cases refuse to cast off childish things also. Religions need to re-evaluate, regroup and grow, that way it can help man/womankind reach their potential, however high that may be. It is not a case of the student becoming the master but of the student graduating.
When the student graduates the professor is still the professor but takes a different role. He no longer directs but guides, hopefully he has instilled in the student a set of morals and ethics that suits the society in which that citizen lives and has given him the tools to progress and grow.
Religions could and should take on that role. Mankind has left the nursery, it no longer needs a nanny. It needs a friend, mentor and often a guiding hand. This is, or should be the new role of religion in modern society.

Those same gods of the various religions should be pleased what they have wrought.
Should they exist.

Difference row level and statement level triggers?

Row-level triggers are executed for each row affected by the triggering event, whereas statement-level triggers are executed once for each triggering event regardless of the number of rows affected. Row-level triggers have access to the specific row data being modified, making them useful for enforcing constraints or triggering actions based on individual row changes. Statement-level triggers are more efficient for bulk operations or actions that do not need to consider individual row data.

What is the meaning of Good can exist without evil whereas evil cannot exist without good?

This statement suggests that the concept of "good" can exist independently on its own, as a positive and desirable quality. However, the concept of "evil" relies on the presence of "good" as a contrasting force to define itself. In other words, good can stand alone, while evil must be defined in relation to good.
