An atman is a true self of an individual beyond identification with phenomena.
In Hinduism, atman is the individual soul or essence of a person, believed to be eternal and unchanging. It is the innermost self, distinct from the physical body and mind, and is considered to be part of Brahman, the ultimate reality in the universe. Understanding the atman is essential in achieving spiritual liberation or moksha.
Spiritual awakenings can be different for each person experiencing one. They are typically religious experiences that cause the person to be self aware and enlightened about themselves or the world around them.
As per the Vaidik scriptures, Gargi was the enlightened daughter of sage Vachaknu. She composed several vaidik hymns. She was widely respected for her elightenment, knowledge and grace. She was the only lady invitee in the Brahma-Yagna performed by Yogiraj Janak, the King of Videha (and father-in-law of Lord Rama). During that yagna, she had a debate with sage Yajnavalkya on several subjects including the soul or 'atman' and proved her supremacy by defeating the most eminent sage of that time. She established her own ashram and gurukul where she propagated vaidik learnings among students and scholars. Along with Ghosha, Lopamudra and Maitreyee, she is considered one of the 4 lady pillars of vaidik wisdom.
Monotheism is a metaphysical duality by definition - in that it isolates a single god and everything else in the universe: as disparate entities. Monoism (as indoctrinated by Sri AdiSankara's Advaita (and Spinoza's Monism too)) - believes in the oneness of all that there is in the universe. Advaitic Monism is summed up by four of these aphorisms: * ahambrahmasmi - "I am brahman" (where brahma == the eternal supreme consciousness of the universe * ayamAtmabrahma - "The Atman is brahman" (Where the Atma is the self) * prajnAM brahma - "Consciousness is the brahman" * tattvamasi - "That Thou Art" Shankara also quotes, famously in the vivEkacUdAmaNi - "Brahma satyaM jagat mithyA jIvO brahmaiva nAparaH" - literally, "Ultimately, there is no difference between the self and the eternal - They are one and the same". This Advaitic consciousness however manifests to the unenlightened in deceptive facets of duality - which are labelled as 'prAtibhAshika' and 'vyAvahArika' respectively. The 'pArAmartha' level of realization is the truest and ultimate. When you believe there is a higher power but do not follow a particular religion, you are a Deist. An Agnostic is one who does not know if there is a higher power or is uncertain of the existence of a higher power.
Spiritual health could best be described as the health of your Spirit, your Soul, your Atman. How awakened are you? How realized are you? How much have you grown with the knowledge that you are not the body that will die, you are not the mind that you cannot find. Spiritual health is living with faith, hope, trust and enthusiasm. Spiritual health is realizing that we are all manifestations of the one Divine. We are effects, the Divine is the cause. Spiritual health is being healthy, not in the body and the mind but in the Spirit, evolving beyond the material world, transcending misery and suffering, overcoming the agony of the ego and living as the Divine Spirit. That is true, good spiritual health.
atman
No one knows, because you cannot see the Atman. The Atman is the observer which no one can observe. Therefore, it is impossible to answer your question.

A god
Atman
kumkum is used to affirm they have a atman (soul) in their bodies and that they are the small atman part of the Paramatman, God.
The Brahman is the original, spirit of the world, it is effectively the creator. The Atman is basically our soul, and it is immortal. The atman is part of the Brahman, that has 'split' from the Brahman, and has been trapped inside our bodies. It is the main focus of Hinduism to release the Atman back into the Brahman, in a process known as Moksha.
