What is nia peeples' religion?

Nia Peeples says she is not your "conventional Christian".

She identifies with Christianity and says she reads the bible and prays daily.

She does however seem a bit cryptic in her responses about Christianity, stating she does not go to church because she is too busy.

xxxxx Actually what I understood is that she couldn't find a church that she completely connected with, one that left room for each one of God's children to honestly seek and be committed to what the Holy Spirit was teaching them at that time. It seemed that most of the churches claimed to have the absolute answers and she can't understand how any human can possibly believe they absolutely understand God because the minute one believes he can do so without question, he puts himself on the level of God.

On her facebook page she has an add on to a yoga site, and I haven't heard her say specifically that Jesus Christ is Lord. Many in the industry are very cryptic about their beliefs.

xxxxxx nia is very physical and yoga is part of her physical practice. as are Martial Arts, hula, ballet and jazz. Hula was once banned from the Islands of Hawaii by the Missionaries before they realized it was an important part of their culture and story telling, and had nothing to do with the devil. And dance was band from Baylor University for years as demonic. the Baptisits didn't believe in it's practice, But they allowed her to teach a "movement" class for one summer, because their understanding had broadened enough to change their beliefs, but the old rules were still in place. they got around it by calling "dance" "movement." She said there was a ballet bar and mirrors and hard wood floors and everything.

***Listen, yoga is satanic. Google "Spiritual Research Network articles by Chris Lawson" and make sure you read the "Preventing Deception/DefiningTerms" and "Yoga" threads. It will show you the dangers of Yoga and what she has actually gotten herself into. Does she embrace New Age philosophy. Does she think Jesus is just a prophet like the Muslims, etc. Your eterntiy rests in who you believe Jesus to be. He's not the Archangel Michael and he was not just a prophet.

She has recorded two albums and if you go to You Tube and type in "John Todd and the Music Industry" you know that in order to get a record contract, you must be an initiated witch. This is why so many of the recordings you have today have subliminal, satanic messaging. This is a long history of the industry.

xxxxxx This is not true. I don't know who John Todd is but I know plenty of recording artists and they are not initiated witches. Nia jokes that if she sold her soul to the devil for a record deal evidently it wasn't worth much as her albums never want gold!

She may not be into these things, but it's interesting to check out. If you have her albums, run them backward and make up your own mind.

Jesus is the way, the truth and the light!

xxxxxx Nia has said she absolutely believes in Jesus but that she doesn't necessarily believe in other people's opinions of Him. She feels her obligation is to God and not to any man's interpretation of Him. She sees her duty as being to seek the truth honestly and sincerely, And in her experience of various churches and Christians, she has experienced both the greatest dedication and humble seekers and servers of God, as well as the greatest hypocrite's. all of them calling themselves "Christian"

she loves to quote Romans 14:14-17

am fully convinced that that no food is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for him it is unclean........For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the holy spirit

Ms. Peeples, please read "The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow" by Constance Cumbey and "The New Age Millenium by Demond Wilson".

It seems to me that she is leaning towards their philosophy a bit. Please read these books and let the Lord open your eyes to the truth.
