The Early Vedic Age refers to the period in ancient Indian history when the Vedas, sacred texts of Hinduism, were composed. It is believed to have lasted from around 1500 BCE to 1000 BCE, characterized by a pastoral and nomadic lifestyle of the Indo-Aryan people. Society was organized around tribal units, and religious rituals and sacrifices were central to their culture.
