I believe 100%. One time, part of me was on fire and I was able to put out the fire with my hands and I had no burns on my skin at all, not even on my hands. I am thankful to God for that, as well as for others' salvation and blessings as well as my own. God prepared me to be able to put out that fire with something I had seen shortly before.
