The most obvious are the male Sikhs of the Punjab, India, who do not cut their hair and instead wrap it in a turban ( a long strip of cloth tied round the head). Because of this the turban and the full beard of a Sikh mark him out as a member of that group (much like the circumcision of a male Jew, the wearing of a burkha of a female moslem, and the wearing of a cross or crucifix for a Christian. However, not many people know that certain Jews throughout history also did not cut their hair. The Nazirites were a Jewish group who were set aside as special, and dedicated to God. Nazrites could be set aside for a set period (like a month) or for life. To set them apart from ordinary Jews they did not eat meat, wore rags rather than fine clothes and did not cut their hair. The two most famous Nazirites in The Bible were John the Baptist who we are told wore animal skins and ate only locusts and wild honey (locusts were not regared as 'meat'!). The other was Samson, who, of course, never cut his hair. When Delilah's servant did cut his hair, his strength, which he believed came from God through his setting apart as a Nazirite, disappeared completely as he became demoralised and ashamed as he, although through no fault of his own, had reneged on his covenant with God.
Some examples of religions that promote not cutting hair for spiritual or religious reasons include Rastafarianism and Sikhism. In Rastafarianism, followers believe that hair represents a connection to their culture and spirituality. In Sikhism, hair is seen as a gift from God and is therefore left uncut as a form of respect.
There are several religious traditions that use (partial) shaving of the head in their monastic practice, including most lineages in Buddhism and certain monastic orders in Christianity. It was also common for the priesthood of ancient Egypt to shave their head. The act symbolizes the abandonment of secular life.

Samson is a biblical figure who is known for his incredible strength, which was believed to be derived from his uncut hair. According to the Bible, Samson never cut his hair, as it was a symbol of his vow to God as a Nazirite.
There is no indication in the Biblical account that Samson and Delilah were married. Delilah was a Philistine woman who deceived Samson and cut his hair while he was sleeping, thereby causing him to lose his strength.
It was not, in fact, Delilah that cut off Samson's hair. First of all, we should note Samson's head was shaved, not clipped. Delilah made Samson "sleep upon her knees; and she called for a man, and she caused him to shave off the seven locks of his head." So, it seems poor Delilah has received a good deal of bad press she didn't deserve.
It is not a requirement for unmarried women to cover their hair in most cultures or religions. Some women may choose to cover their hair for personal or religious reasons, but it is not a universal practice among unmarried women.
Samson is known for his long hair, which was believed to give him strength according to the biblical story. His hair was considered a symbol of his consecration to God, and when it was cut, he lost his strength.

No he did not cut his hair
Certain denominations, not religions, of the Christian church teach that a woman should not cut her hair, for instance many "Holiness" Pentecostal churches do not believe in a woman cutting her hair. But I don't know of any entire religion that teaches this, only some denominations in the Christian religion. Also, within Christianity, Mennonites and some Independent Baptists do not cut a woman's hair. This is because of an interpretation of 1 Corinthians 11.
Not really but in other religions it is, like one religon they cant cut there hair and can only wear skirts
