There is no scriptural reference that provides a direct to your question. Therefore the following is conjecture based on other events in His life of what could possibly have happened.

When Christ died his spirit left His body, but did not move far away. He was then laid to rest in the tomb where His spirit one again rejoined His body. You must remember that the body cannot function without its spirit.

Because all things are subject to Christ, it would have been easy for Him to command the stone, which was rolled in place to cover the entrance of the tomb, to go back to its original position and then to walk out of the tomb.

What was the name of the tomb Jesus was buried in?

Matthew 27:57-60 reads, "When it was evening, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who himself had also become a disciple of Jesus. This man went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. Then Pilate ordered it to be given to him. And Joseph took the body and wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock; and he rolled a large stone against the entrance of the tomb and went away."
