The "mark of Cain" in the Bible refers to a sign from God that was put on Cain to protect him from being killed. According to the Book of Genesis, after Cain killed his brother Abel, God placed a mark on him to warn others not to harm him. The exact nature of this mark is not specified in the Bible.
The four gospels in the bible, that is Mattthew ,Mark, Luke and John. Were return by these four people.
In the Bible, Mark is traditionally believed to be John Mark, who served as an assistant to the apostle Peter and later became a companion of Paul during his missionary journeys. There is debate over Mark's specific occupation, but he is often regarded as a scribe or interpreter due to his close association with Peter and involvement in recording Peter's teachings in the Gospel of Mark.
Saint Mark was a Christian evangelist and the author of the Gospel of Mark in the Bible. He was also a disciple of Saint Peter and played a significant role in spreading Christianity in the early church.
Since so little is known about Mark, otherwise known as John Mark, it is unlikely a specific one exists. The details of Mark can be found in any good Bible Dictionary. The Bible references to him are as follows: Acts 12:12, 25; Acts 15:37,39 and 2 Timothy 4:11. Some also believe the reference to the young man who fled at the time of Jesus' arrest, only found in the Gospel of Mark, is a reference to Mark himself. Naturally he would not wish to admit to being the person, but also, there would seem to be no significance to this event, or any importance, except to a personal participant. This is in Mark 14:51-52.
The four Gospels Matthew, Luke, Mark and John talk about the miracles in the Bible.

According to the Bible a person's body is the temple and they are not supposed to defile it. This indicates that He would not want people to mark their body with tattoos.
Cain received a sign on his body to mark him as being cursed after killing his brother Abel. The mark was probably on the forehead so it's visible to all. See Genesis 4:15.
