I don't believe this exists anywhere in the Bible. However, there are several references to the treasuess of this world passing, and to cling to the treasures of God which are forever. Perhaps that is what you are thinking of.
The phrase "this too shall pass" is not found in The Bible verbatim. However, the concept can be found in various verses that speak about the temporary nature of trials and challenges in comparison to the eternal nature of God's love and promises.
"This too shall pass" is not scriptural. It is, however, a phrase occurring in a Jewish folk tale involving King Solomon. The phrase and its associated ring story were made popular by Abraham Lincoln in 1859 during his "Address Before the Wisconsin State Agricultural Society, Milwaukee, Wisconsin."
"This too shall pass" is not a literal Bible quote. It's an adage that's derived from the overall biblical teaching that everything in and about this world is temporary ("Heaven and earth will pass away..." - Matt. 24:35), but the exact phrase doesn't appear anywhere in the Bible word-for-word.
It is not found in the Bible. Some one created the phrase for encouragement.
Deuteronomy 22:5 from the Bible states, "A woman shall not wear a man's garment, nor shall a man put on a woman's cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God." This verse is often interpreted as a prohibition against cross-dressing.
Meaning:In an instant. Origin:It is also used in The Bible, 1 Corinthians 15:52 (King James Version): "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the Trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed."
Isaiah. Isa 55:11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
Both are correct quotations. The phrase "the truth shall set you free" is commonly attributed to the Bible, specifically John 8:32 in the New Testament. However, other translations may use the phrase "the truth shall make you free." Both versions convey the same meaning of freedom through the acknowledgment and acceptance of truth.
Jesus told his apostles to treat the law with love and compassion, emphasizing the importance of mercy, justice, and faithfulness. He taught them to follow the spirit of the law rather than just the letter of the law, encouraging them to prioritize loving God and loving others above all else.
There is no such Bible verse. See the attached Related Link.
