It is not directly recorded in the Bible that Jesus said "I love you" in those exact words. However, Jesus expressed His love for humanity through His teachings, actions, and ultimately by sacrificing His life on the cross. His love is exemplified in His compassion, forgiveness, and willingness to die for the salvation of all.
Jesus said this while hanging on the cross before he died, outside of the city of Jerusalem.
Jesus said "Mary" to Mary when He rose from the dead:-John 209 for as yet they did not understand the Scripture, that he must rise from the dead....11 But Mary stood weeping outside the tomb, and as she wept she stooped to look into the tomb.12 And she saw two angels in white, sitting where the body of Jesus had lain, one at the head and one at the feet.13 They said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping?" She said to them, "They have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid him."14 Having said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing, but she did not know that it was Jesus.15 Jesus said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?" Supposing him to be the gardener, she said to him, "Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away."16 Jesus said to her, "Mary." She turned and said to him in Aramaic, "Rabboni!" (which means Teacher).17 Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'"18 Mary Magdalene went and announced to the disciples, "I have seen the Lord"---and that he had said these things to her.
What was meant by Jesus when he said," that you will all fall away". That reference is to the infirmaties of the flesh.
Jesus was twelve years old when His parents travelled to Jerusalem for the feast of the Passover. Afterwards, the group departed and travelled a days journey before they realized Jesus was not with them. When they went back to look for Him, they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of doctors, both hearing them and asking questions. When Mary asked Him why has He done this thing Jesus says in Luke 2:49 "How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?''

He said 'For the name of Jesus and the protection of the church I am prepared to die.'
Caiaphas, the high priest, believed that Jesus posed a threat to the religious and political stability in Jerusalem. He feared that Jesus' growing popularity among the people could lead to unrest and potentially provoke the Romans to intervene. As a result, Caiaphas saw Jesus as a sacrificial scapegoat, believing that it was better for one person to die rather than risk the greater harm that Jesus could cause.
