Most of the prophets spoken of in this chapter are not prophets of God. They are Ahab's prophets. The prophet that lied to the king was also not one of God's prophets. The lying spirit came and asked to entice king Ahab and God allowed it to happen and allowed the lying spirit to speak through these false prophets because they chose to let it speak through them. God will not stop us from doing anything we want as He gives every one free choice including prophets. Micaiah was a prophet of God who did lie to Ahab because he knew what Ahab wanted here. He later told Ahab the truth of what God wanted him to say to the king. Micaiah chose to lie and God did not stop him from doing so.
One must read around the verses in question to find out what the context the verses are and to know what the rest of the story is about to know how to understand and interpret specific verses.
In the context of The Bible passage you mentioned, God is allowing a lying spirit to deceive King Ahab because of his wickedness and refusal to listen to the truth. This serves as a form of divine judgment against Ahab for his disobedience and unfaithfulness. It is not a reflection of God lying through His prophets, but rather a consequence of Ahab's actions.
Prophets
The prophets were considered the moral conscience of the Hebrew people. They were chosen by God to convey his messages and teachings, often emphasizing justice, righteousness, and obedience to God's laws in the face of moral and social challenges.
In many religious traditions, prophets are believed to have been chosen by God to do His work, rather than volunteering for the role. Prophets are seen as having a special connection to God and are tasked with conveying His message to the people.
Major prophets, such as Isaiah and Jeremiah, wrote longer books in the Bible, while minor prophets, such as Amos and Micah, wrote shorter books. Major prophets addressed bigger themes and events in Israel's history, while minor prophets focused on specific messages for certain times and places. Both major and minor prophets were chosen by God to deliver His word to the people.

Considering that there were thousands of prophets, it is impossible to list what each one said. However, all prophets are people through whom HaShem communicated.

Allah taught people to find their way to him through his prophets and messengers including the greatest five prophets: noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad (peace be upon them) and through God holy books including Torah, Bible, and Quran.
