they can live in any habitat you want them to be in but make a place for them to bask under the heat lamp make shure you put deep enough water cause turtles can only swallow under water but not to deep of water cause they can drown . i also have a snapping turtle named snappy. but i don't know if its a common snapping turtle or a Florida snapping turtle. please help answer that question for me i had posted that question but no one want answer it snappers don't care what environment there in they just want food that's the only thing that makes em happy
