You can add a dish of water to the cage for the animal to bathe in. Most reptiles do well in the heat, they are cold blooded so their body heat is regulated by the ambient air. Cold is feared more than heat for reptiles.
Reptile mites can come from the reptile its self if it is new or bad substrate that already has mite
yes Clean the cage completely at least monthly
You should NOT have sand it it's cage. When the reptile eats it will get sand in it's mouth and maybe even kill it.
well most reptile eat insects and u just place them in the cage but if ur reptile has a homey personality and is best off hand fed
It can be as as cool as you want it to be in other words that is an opinion.
exiotic pets
Oh, dude, a frog is not a reptile. It's actually an amphibian. Reptiles are like the cool, scaly dudes, and frogs are more like the party animals of the pond. So, yeah, frogs are definitely not in the reptile club.
i dont think its the wierdest, but it is pretty cool. cordylus cataphractus. google it.
In a large cage, In a cool quite area. A tall cage to and inside.
The coolest reptile is a red eye tree frog because they are the only frogs that have red eyes. snakes are cool but red eye tree frogs are better
Put on the air conditioning. turn on a fan and cool down the room, or you can move their cage into a cool basement. make sure their water is full and fresh, and never leave them in a car with closed windows!
Keep the ferrets cage away from direct sunlightMake sure the ferret has a dish of water at all timesPlace a damp towel on top of the ferrets cageHave a fan in the room (Not aimed directly at the ferrets cage and place it somewhere the ferret cannot reach it)Freeze a bottle of water, wrap it in a blanket or towel and place it in the cage (they ferrets will lie beside it to cool down)Have a dish of water large enough for the ferret to get into so he/she can cool off it itMake sure the ferret has somewhere shaded to get out of the heat
