Amanda Stepto played Spike on "Degrassi High."
Christine Nelson-Simpson had gotten the nickname of "Spike" because during the time she had went to Degrassi which was during "Degrassi Junior High" and "Degrassi High," her hairdo was high and very spikey.
Snake from Degrassi got his nickname because of his tall, thin physique and his resemblance to a snake in terms of his physical appearance and movements. The nickname "Snake" was given to him by his friends and peers at Degrassi Junior High due to these characteristics. The nickname stuck with him throughout the series and became an integral part of his character.
Yes it is spike, Emma is the child she got pregnant on with Shane in the first season of Degrassi junior high!
Probably not. MLP is one of those shows where you don't have to see the previous episode to understand what's going on. So if they start dating, they can't date for multiple episodes unless it is a 2-part show. For example, let's say they start dating in episode 11, somebody may not have seen episode 11, but they decide to watch episode 12. If they are still dating in episode 12, the person who missed episode 11 has no clue why Rarity and Spike are now "in a relationship". Also, they refer to Spike multiple times as a "baby dragon". The Hub cannot have a teenage pony date a baby dragon. That is totally inappropriate and does not belong in a kids' show.
The very first episode "Friendship Is Magic- Part 1", all of the Mane Six are introduced and it is revealed that Spike is attracted to Rarity.
Spike and Apple Bloom do not go on a date in any episode. However, the is undoubtedly fanfiction on the subject, which can probably be found on the fimfiction website.
Yes.
It is 'Solid Serenade'
Spike's daughter, Emma, is now a teenager and is getting ready to attend Degrassi, along with her friends, Manny and JT. Spike, and the old gang of Degrassi, are reuniting for the first time in a while. Emma has an online penpal that she e-mails regularly, but she keeps it a secret from her mom. When she suggests meeting him in person to Manny, JT, and Toby they try to convince her it's a bad idea. Later that night, Emma asks her mom's friend Caitlin about boys and decides that she should meet him. Meanwhile, the old high school gang is getting together for their ten year reunion. Joey has a daughter named Angela, owns a car lot and is a recent widower. Lucy is no longer blind and fully recovered from her car crash. Caitlin is engaged to a movie producer named Keith. Joey talks to Caitlin about their past and they decide to be friends. Just the thought of the reunion is enough to make Joey not want to go but with some encouragement from Snake and Lucy he goes after all. I got this info from http://www.tv.com/Degrassi%3A+The+Next+Generation/Mother+and+Child+Reunion+%281%29/episode/104241/recap.html
