the leopard gecko lives under bits and pieces
This answer depends on which species of Gecko you are referring to.
Crested Gecko. Golden Geckos are much faster and don't like being held. Get a crested gecko.
I would advise against it. In their natural habitat, the only food they would eat is - insects !
Possibly. Unless they dont seem to fight and they are able to live in the same kind at habitat then possibly yes. Be cautious though!
Photograph it in it's natural habitat - then compare the picture with reference books.
The Golden gecko (G.Ulikovskii) and the flying gecko (Ptychozoon kuhli) both come from the same natural environment, although reptile species should not be mixed. Within the same terrarium it's hard to be sure no bullying is happening in the tank or aggression shown.
it is by the season and its habitat
Species of gecko that come from the same region, habitat and ecosystem are able to co exist with factors such as: space, temperament's, personality, feeding schedules, light cycles, heat, humidity, hideouts, breeding season. For example: Tokay geckos and Golden geckos both come from Southeast Asia. The tokay gecko is a very territorial, aggressive species and if housed with a Golden gecko (even though they require the exact same housing conditions) There is a sure chance that the golden gecko will have wounds from the tokay.Housing multiple species is not recommended for a avid hobbyist.
