Use a Powersun Mercury vapor bulb (these are the best). Keep humidity low. Use 3 or four hides that are low to the ground and don't let you see your lizard(s). Use a flat basking rock and have a shallow food dish on the cool side. Get a PE-1 or PE-2 temp gun to measure surface temps (should be about 120 on the hot side). I'm probably too late but for the future....
