I know people who have been working as a crew trainer in Australia since they were 16, but you need to be proficient on your station, either front counter, drive thru, back area or sometimes mc'cafe. You also have to be friendly with the crew, supportive, understanding and follow correct procedures (no short cuts). If you don't like dealing with complaints, issues or new employees who are slower at doing things, then I don't recommend you become one. Also, you should be able to take control of situations, let the crew your working with when you clock on, what their expectations are. If you're shy and don't really get into it, then again, being a crew trainer isn't for you :)

What r the 4 step of crew trainer in mcdonalds?

A Mcdonald's crew trainer does exactly what the title suggests and then some. It is right below the management team. Crew trainers are responsible for training all new crew members. They are also given authority over the crew. They make sure that the crew is doing its job the correct way. They receive slightly better pay than crew, and they wear ties instead of hats. It is almost like a lower level management because crew trainers do cash out (counting drawers etc) and ensure that the crew is running smoothly. The managers are there to supervise over everyone. Crew trainers can give instruction, but the manager's rule always prevails over the crew trainers'.

How much does an MLB athletic trainer make annually?

I'm a minor league athletic trainer with an MLB organization. I get paid $25,000 plus health insurance and 401K for my 12 month contract. I could make more money working at McDonalds but it wouldn't be as fun. We don't make hardly anything no bull.
