Olive Garden servers typically wear black, non-slip shoes to ensure safety and comfort while working in a busy restaurant environment. These shoes are designed to provide good traction on potentially slippery floors and support during long shifts. Many servers opt for professional-looking styles that maintain a polished appearance consistent with the restaurant's dress code.
