That depends on how often you eat one, and what you put on it.

Fast food restaurants use processed meat, which is high in fats and salt. Always eat fast food in moderation; and feel free to ask for a nutritional breakdown, which could be a real eye-opener.

However, as fast food burgers go, Burger King is one of the better restaurants; as their grill at least allows some of the fat to drip off the burger as it's being cooked.

But if you then load up the burger with cheese, mayo, bacon, and more salt, keep in mind that your arteries will NOT thank you later.
