Avocados are very good for you if you are not allergic to them. While avocados are high in fat, most of this sat is unsaturated, which is the type of fat that helps you lower the risk of heart disease. Avocados have plenty of vitamins and minerals. The also provide you with dietary fiber. A low-calorie low-fat idea is substitution of butter on your bread with avocado mesh (butter is much higher in fat and calories than avocados).
