We eat mainly Mediterranean kind:
a lot of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic, cabbage, carrots, olives combined with a lot of herbs: parsley, zaatar, coriander atc.
we use a lot of olive oil in our cooking, as well as tahini (paste made of sesame)
our fruits: strawberry, bananas, lots of apples, Oranges. we have no coltivation of berries because its too warm in Israel.

For the people that were high and could afford lots of things they would eat bread,fruit and some vegetables but very rarely.For the people that couldn't afford it they would eat mainly bread and some fruits, also bugs that they could find. Thank you.
