Yes! Handwash in cold water and hang to dry. You can also machine wash them if you put them in a small mesh bag in the washing machine on the gentle cycle. Just do NOT put in them in the dryer, because they will most likely shrink.

I wash nylon, rayon, and almost everything else in the washing machine on a gentle cold wash. I only put fabric softner and washing powder in and then hang it to dry. As we all know it's the dryer that shrinks and destroys things.
