The proper term is downwardly tilting the pelvis is anterior tilt, or more properly called anteversion. The muscles that would contribute to this movement would be any of the hip flexors. A partial list would include: iliacus, iliopsoas, psoas major & minor, rectus femoris, tensor fascia lata, sartorius, pectinius, and some others.
You want to work on tight hip flexors and spinal erectors they are in the shortened position pulling the pelvis anterior.
Pelvis is the name of the part but a combining form for it would be Pelv-ic. pelv means pelvis and -ic means pertaining to. all together it would mean pertaining to the pelvis.
Most likely would be a small area of where the Latissimus dorsi muscle anchors to the rim of the pelvis has pulled loose [when you hurt your back at one time]. Nothing to worry about... There are no lymph nodes in that area to worry about.

You don't rotate the angle, you rotate an object by that angle, for example if you had to rotate something 180o it would flip over.
In general, girls are more flexible for two reasons : lower muscle mass and the structure of the pelvis. Girls' narrower muscles have more range of movement around joints, and the lower, wider position of the pelvis allows the legs to pivot about the hips rather than bow around them as in boys. There for girls would be better dancers
