Where is the rhondda valley?

The Rhondda is located under the ninth circle of hell as an extension and is only known as the rhondda. It was built for the souls that hell could not handle. The souls that are in the rhondda can leave and explore the rest of the world but will always be pulled back to the rhondda as it is a swirling pit of Horror that pulls every true born rhonddarian back into its clutches no matter how far they go, they cannot escape their fate. There are many strange things that can happen in the rhondda as it does not abide by the laws of physics because no law is strong enough to be kept unbroken in the rhondda, not even gravity.
