I am a kid i am 11 years old and a i got my first anxiety attack sectember 11, 2010 when i broke up with this girl named jenna it started after we came back from boomers and i will never forget that day that horrible day that changed my life for ever i remember that day cause now it is January 24, 2011 at 8:19 pm and actually i am having anxiety right now and i always wanted to tell my story well anxiety has ruined the better of me cause mayby it is because of love or mayby just going into middle school or getting bullyed all i know is that even tho i still may have it i have seen over December 25, 2011 that, that was the last major anxiety now when i have them they are small and are just something i have to deal with. I don't know your name but all i know is STAY POSITIVE and i leared my my theripest that try counting to 10 slowly when you are having anxiety, do things that get your mind off anxiety and try breathing in 4 hold 4 and out 4. And always know that there is hope and i wish that i never even had a stupit girl firend in the first place but i always think when i wake up i have nothing to loose but i have EVERYTHING to gain into today but yes anxiety does go away i don't know how bad you might have and, and why you might have it but the first thing you need to know is what is your trigger and once you find that out just try new tech nics that might benifit you.
Thanks!
Bradley
Yes
Well, anxiety is when a person gets really nervous, and gets a weird feeling in their stomach. However, if they relax, the anxiety will most likely go away.
I would highly suggest that any individual suffering from anxiety go to the doctor. Anxiety can cause other health problems to erupt if not treated right away. Those suffering from anxiety can usually have various attacks that often require medical attention.
Very much so, it will usually be the subject you feel least confidant about. The cure is to become an expert in that category and then the anxiety will go away! :)
Anxiety disorder often manifests as IBS. Anxiolytics often rapidly bring good results in the treatment of IBS.
There are many drugs that can help control anxiety. Muscle relaxers, etc. But there are other ways to control anxiety rather than medicine. Try practicing thinking to yourself and tell the anxiety to go away. This always helped me...tell yourself "im young and healthy".
I find that some good weed, or a couple stiff drinks chase anxiety away.
There are several places you can go to get help for your anxiety. You can go to individual counseling, you can try Yoga or you can see a psychiatrist for some anxiety relief medication.
Yes. Side effects, including nervousness or anxiety, can occur, although anxiety is not a frequent side effect. However, if anxiety does occur, it decreases fairly rapidly, usually over a matter of a few hours or few days, and very, very rarely up to 11-14 days. After Depo-Provera is out of your system, any anxiety attributable to this medicine, will be gone.
Chronic anxiety happens when stress and anxiety are at a constantly high level. If not treated, chronic anxiety can lead to panic attacks, depression, and agoraphobia. Very often the person suffering finds that the anxiety greatly reduces their ability to function at work and in relationships. chest pains, sweating, a racing pulse, palpitations, etc. About 5% of the population suffer from anxiety attacks, with many more experiencing a high level of stress and anxiety.
There are many places you can go to find out about anxiety. Consider asking your doctor or browsing a clinical expertise website such as MayoClinic.com for answers.
Anxiety feels like a constant worry and unease that can be overwhelming. It's like a knot in my stomach that won't go away, and my mind races with negative thoughts. It can make me feel on edge, restless, and unable to relax.
