If you feel lazy during the day. You should set a timer for 10 minutes, and race yourself to see how much you can get done during that 10 minutes. That really helps me when I am feeling lazy.

Another thing you could do, is take a nap. I mean a good nap always helps me as well.

Last but not least, if you are being lazy but have really important things to do. You should make a list of all the things that you need to do. Prioritize them, and tell yourself when I get priorities 1 through 5 done, then I will rest for 45 minutes, etc. By doing this, you will get much more done, and it will be an effective way for you to teach yourself that you need to get your work done before enjoying anything. :)
