you first have to do it with an alarm clock then when you get used to it you can just wake up in the same time u want because your mind gets used to waking up at that time so it wakes you up so try having an alarm clock for like 2-3 weeks then try to sleep without an alarm and see when you will wake up :J hope this help!

A good way to wake up is to put your alarm clock on the other side of your room so that you have to walk to turn it off. Or, if you have no alarm clock, just set your cell phone, ipod, computer, etc.
