first off, you spelt obesity wrong. If you are overly obese, you may want to talk to your doctor. From there, he will recommend what is right for you. If you think that you are a little overweight. Try exercising. Maybe run a little everyday whether it is in the morning or afternoon. You can gradually increase the length as you progress. If you don't like running, then try a sport maybe swimming. It makes you feel light and burns calories fast. You can do dance as well. Also try eating healthier. I know you may want to go to McDonald's for lunch but instead try having a salad. Or if you want a burger, make it yourself, get proper meat, and season it then cook it on the BBQ or on the stove, there are plenty of recipes on the internet. Or try having chicken instead of chicken nuggets. There are plenty alternatives. instead of popcorn try lightly salted almonds and instead of ice cream try frozen yoghurt's. Exercise regularly and eat healthy. Good Luck! :)
