The rotating bezel can be used to measure elapsed time. For example, if the time on your watch reads 10.10, align the zero point of the bezel with the minute hand. Now, say the time is 10.40, the minute hand at 8 o'clock will point towards 30 on the bezel, indicating that 30 minutes of time has elapsed since 10.10
Simple?
A bezel setting is usually a shaped base with a rim. The use of a bezel setting on a bracelet, or other types of jewellery such as rings, is to hold a gemstone in place.
Pull out the rotating bezel (for some watches you have to pull it all the way to Position 3, and for some only up to Position 2), then push the top pusher or the bottom pusher. That will move the hands so you can calibrate it to point exactly at 12.

They use a digital watch...
The first digital media in the world was the digital watch. This item gained strongly on the market in those years and is still used by many. Casio is probably the most famous company that produces digital watches.
There are a few uses for a digital tuner, it can be used when needing to tune a guitar to ensure each string is in the correct key or there is a digital tuner which can be used for your TV to receive a signal that enables you to watch various channels through a digital TV set.
The Bezel can be removed by simply pulling it away from the dash. It is held in place by 13 tension fasteners. Place the tilt wheel in the lowest position and place the shifter in low so the bezel will clear them on removal. Use caution if the bezel is cracked as it may break completely when it is pulled off.
both use a form of LCD (liquid crystal display)
The rotating bezel is for helping you adjust the offset from when you start timing for the tachyometer, with the 60 marking being the start where you start timing.Tachyometers will not worry about what units you use. It is designed to measure rates, and it will ALWAYS be units-per-hour. You time how long it takes to do something (either traveling a given distance, making something, or some other action) within one minute, and the moment you stop, the stopwatch/tachyometer seconds hand will point the rate on the bezel. If you wish to verify the rate, it's (number of seconds equal to or less than 1 minute divided by 3600*)*3600 seconds is one hour.
The two types of seismographs are analog seismographs, which use a pen and rotating drum to record seismic activity on paper, and digital seismographs, which use electronic sensors to detect and record seismic waves digitally.
Pull shift lever handle straight up and off the lever. Use small screw driver to wedge out lever bezel, pull out bulb, remove bezel. You see there are 2 screws below you have to remove. Use small screw driver to wedge out 4wd handle bezel, pull out bulb, remove bezel. remove 2 screws at the bottom of the storage bin. You may have to pull 4wd shift all the way backwards. Console should then come out.
I just did this. You can simply use a butter knife to GENTLY wiggle the bezel from it's fixture. Try inserting the knife near the crease points on the dash.
