I had one of these fail after just a few months. My local appliance repair shop dealt with Waring, and got me a new unit.
The second unit failed after only a month. I wrote a stern email to Waring, Theresa_Drivdahl@conair.com, and got a reply saying a new unit would be sent to me. Sure enough, the new unit arrived within a few days.
