Depends on the Troops bylaws. Some Troops do not allow Scouts to sign off on other Scouts.
No. Scouts shake with their left hand, the one closest to the heart, as a sign of unity and camaraderie. They do not need to be in uniform to express this.
The Boy Scouts were started before the Girls Scouts and most of the "lore" such as signs was already well developed even in the first handbooks so it would have to be that the Boy Scout's sign came before the Girl Scout's.
he could be considered a tenderfoot, 2nd class, or 1st class depending on how hard he works. each rank has different requirements that the scouts complete at their own pace. the harder they work, the quicker they get rank.

It is up to the Scoutmaster.
no sign for cub scouts
you do not sign up, you are chosen by talent scouts and you may have to play on a college team to be looked at.
just sign your name, your status as a wife doesn't dictate rank.
To increase your rank, you just need to play and win. To summon new monsters, you need to use that god's monsters a lot and you'll get more and more of that god's monsters. I'm not so sure about the badge.
Scouts typically salute by raising their right hand to their forehead with their palm facing down in a crisp and swift motion. This gesture is a sign of respect and is commonly used in scouting organizations around the world.
=Well if you want to be in a scouts why don't you sign up for boy scouts.=
Sign up at your school. In addition: In the USA, someone interested in becoming a member of Girl Scouts should contact the local Girl Scout council. Use the GSUSA Council Finder in the Related Links. You will need to fill out a membership registration form which one parent or guardian will need to sign, pay the national membership dues (currently $12.00), and the council will find or organize a troop for you to join. Some areas have membership sign up events, usually in September, right after a new school year starts. The event may be held at the schools or in other places. The process is similar for Girl Scouts and Girl Guides in other countries. Contact the national organization or the local division/council and they will take care of registering the girl and finding a troop for her.
