McFly are a Brit Award winning British pop rock band who first found fame in 2004. The band consists Tom Fletcher (lead vocals and guitar), Danny Jones (lead vocals and guitar), Dougie Poynter (vocals and Bass Guitar), and Harry Judd (drums and occasional vocals). Despite what all the haters say, they are extremely talented, not only do they all play their own instruments but they write all of their own songs. They are absolutely huge in the UK (and worldwide their fan base keeps growing.), McFly is defiantly a band worth checking out, trust me you'll get hooked. They are set to release their 5th studio album sometime later this year.

Yes, there are metaphors in William Jay Smith's poem "A Pavane for the Nursery." For example, the poem compares a child growing up to a bird taking flight, portraying the transition from a dependent state to one of independence. Additionally, the imagery of the nursery as a "chamber of dreams" and "kingdom of toys" serve as metaphors for the world of childhood innocence and imagination.

The Constitution provides that an amendment may be proposed either by the Congress with a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of the State legislatures. None of the 27 amendments to the Constitution have been proposed by constitutional convention. The Congress proposes an amendment in the form of a joint resolution. Since the President does not have a constitutional role in the amendment process, the joint resolution does not go to the White House for signature or approval. A proposed amendment becomes part of the Constitution as soon as it is ratified by three-fourths of the States (38 of 50 States).
