No unless you have friends in high places. Just because you are working under an assumed name you are still taking a large risk of being found out. If you are you could be deported back to your own country and the U.S. is getting edgier all the time about illegal immigrants.
Well the baby is a U.S. Citizen and since the baby is a U.S. Citizen, in time the "illegal immigrant" may be able to get a green card and first of all an illegal immigrant isn't illegal if they have a visa, except if they were living and working in the U.S on a tourist visa,
No.
nothing she tills has to become a citizen
It is better to get a working Visa in the USA. A BCC won't clear the reason why you cross the border every day to go to work. Also, working in the USA is illegal if you don't have a work Visa
No, they cannot.
If your already married she's already legal! * An immigrant legal or illegal does not become a US citizen by marrying a US citizen. The female immigrant who is in the US illegal can still be deported under US immigration laws. The issue of her being married to a citizen and having children may or may not be to her advantage. If she is taken into custody she will be given the chance to appeal any deportation issues, but there can be no guarantee of the outcome. The best option is for her to consult an attorney who is knowledgeable in immigration law before taking any other action.
i want to know how to let the police know,if some1 is staying illegal in UK and working full time
Tell him to go home and apply legally.
He is an illegal immigrant, he is hiding in the Spanish illegal immigrant community in Florida doing handyman work. He is currently working off the books and he pays no income taxes. He is a gigilo and a fraud. He will be deported back to Uruguay.
The person working will have a work permit or landed immigrant papers this is up tho his employer to see it, otherwise it really is no one's business, which brings into question, how does one really know whether the person is illegal or not?/
Depends what part of the U.S. that illegal person is living in. Immigration are not interested on deporting illegal aliens unless they are committing crime, or crossing the border into the U.S. There are illegals working on every restaurant, construction sites...etc. They are a lot of good and hard working people. If they are criminals contact the 800 number listed in www.uscis.gov otherwise do not bother.
